Drama
Drama is a part of school life for pupils of all ages, as an integral part of the curriculum and as an additional activity. It's a fun way to learn, but the communication skills that drama teaches are invaluable for all the children.
All four Sections present productions, ranging from the nativity to Shakespearian tragedy, from musical comedy to science fiction. The glittering confections of a Nursery fairy tale production are a triumph of staff, parent and child teamwork whilst the Upper School Hall frequently dissapears under impressive stage sets constructed by art, design and technology and maintenance departments. Stagecraft honed over weeks of rehearsal for a major production is counterbalanced by the immediacy of a revue in the Upper School's purpose built drama studio.
