Onwards and Upwards
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Mr Simon Severino, our Deputy Head and Head of Middle School, has been appointed Headmaster of St Andrew’s Preparatory School in Eastbourne. Mr Severino takes up his new position in September.
Simon, who has been at DCPS since taking over as Head of Geography in 1997, has been at the forefront of many of the school’s recent initiatives, including the establishment of the School Council. He has also been responsible for leading several of the boys’ favourite activities, including the Comedy and Rocketry Clubs, and Simon’s love of Italy also saw him run the ever-popular ‘Cultural Tour to Sorrento’, an annual highlight of the school’s calendar.
Simon and his wife, Emma, will be hugely missed by everyone at DCPS. St Andrew’s awaits…lucky them!
