Please do keep in touch whilst your son is at Brightlands. We will always try to respond to concerns as quickly as possible.

You can call this number and speak to your son during his free time (usually 4.15 – 5.15pm and 7.15 – 8.30pm).

This mobile will remain with Sally during the day time, and will be with one of the two house staff during the evenings. If it is not answered during the day time, please send a text message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Between 8am and 5pm you may be able to reach Phillip through the school office. You will also be able to leave a message with the office staff.

This email address is accessed by Phillip and Sally at least twice each day. This would be the best email address to use to let us know information concerning your son’s stay at Brightlands.
