Science
As a core subject Science is taught separately and the syllabus follows the latest version of the National Curriculum covering the 4 Attainment Targets which are:
1. Sc1 Scientific enquiry
2. Sc2 Life processes and living things
3. Sc3 Materials and their properties
4. Sc4 Physical processes
All the activities have a firm foundation in practical, first-hand experiences and boys work both individually and in groups. They are encouraged to question, observe and evaluate as they develop the practical and intellectual skills which will allow them to explore and investigate the world of science.
